Tougher Than Hell is a retreat designed just for young men. The purpose is for men to learn valuable leadership lessons from Terry as well as grow their faith in God. This takes place on Terry's 20 acre land in Milford, MI and is anything but a walk in the park. All Men in attendance will also receive one on one coaching after the retreat is completed for the purpose to follow up as well as encourage growth started at the retreat.

With Terry's many years of experience, he is an excellent source of wisdom and knowledge in the business world. Terry takes your interns on and off-site and presents tools on how to navigate the business world and to successfully go from interns to employees.
