Terry Woychowski The Leadership Corner

Terry Woychowski has spent most of his adult life serving in positions of leadership and striving to be the best leader he can be. Whether he serves as a Senior Vice President of a global manufacturing company, or as an Elder at his local church or as a husband, father and grandfather in his family.

Terry believes deeply that a successful and prosperous enterprise depends on leadership. This site is dedicated to helping any person who is committed to their growth as a leader and those desirous of helping others to become people of influence and motivation.

Speaking

Terry is a motivational speaker that is often called upon to be a guest speaker at organizational events. He speaks on the topic of leadership, or of other interests such as the importance of STEM education or other relevant business or industry subjects. He has spoken at church functions and retreats and at community functions such as the local YMCA support breakfast, along with professional engineering forums.

The Energy To Lead

In this book, Terry Woychowski looks briefly at the three laws of thermodynamics in simple layman’s terms and illustrates how leadership follows the same laws.

He also applies the same laws to help illustrate and explain his faith and the gospel message in a unique way.
